PAYAN CASTRO over fifty (50) years ago. Domiciled in Colombia,
works closely with colleague law firms of high professional levels

Paraguay, Uruguay and Chile. This inter regional cooperation system

We are counsellors in the process of foreign investment from the incorporation of the foreign investor to the country, till the moment of liquidation of the corresponding business. We provide general legal advice to our clients which includes specialized counsel in the aspects required and representation before courts and government entities (Privatization), Planning Department, Republic Bank, etc. Our lawyers represent foreign investors in the local corporations; we attend and represent the clients in the shareholder's meetings. We also attend the Board of Directors when the situation requires presence.
